What you’re buying
The $20 USD digital book gift is the complete original Nuzzleby and the Hundred-Idea Brain story as a downloadable PDF. It includes Twinkle and Biscuit. It does not include a custom character, generated scenes, a personalized edition, a printed book, or a physical gift. Other gift concepts and planned prices are previews and are not available to order.
Price and payment
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The book price is $20 USD; any applicable tax is shown in Stripe Checkout before you pay. Stripe processes payment details. Check the product, currency and final total before completing checkout. A page labeled Stripe sandbox is a test using simulated payments and does not create a real purchase.
Delivery and access
After payment is confirmed, Stripe returns you to a confirmation page with a PDF download button. No shipping is involved. A payment still processing must be confirmed before access opens. Use a phone, tablet or computer that can open PDF files, and save your copy to your device. Keep your confirmation link private. When purchase emails are enabled, we also send a private download link to the email entered at checkout. A purchase does not include an emailed PDF attachment.
If the return page closes, your download fails, or you lose access, contact info@plushieplace.com with your receipt. We can help verify your purchase and restore access. Do not send card numbers or your private confirmation link by public message.
Personal use and gifting
You may read the book on your own devices and print a copy for personal use. You may give your purchased copy to one gift recipient for their personal use. This does not grant permission to resell, publicly upload, distribute copies to a group, or use the story or artwork commercially. The book and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Cancellations and refunds
You can leave checkout before completing payment. After payment, digital delivery may begin immediately. Refund requests are handled under our digital-download refund policy, including duplicate charges, unresolved access problems, and files that do not match the description. Refunds are reviewed by Plushie Place and are not automatically issued by the website.
Your rights and these terms
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Updated terms apply to future purchases; the terms shown when you bought the book apply to that purchase. For purchase questions, contact info@plushieplace.com.
