About this website

The Studio is intended for adults creating gifts. Photos selected in this public preview remain in your browser tab and are not uploaded, stored on our servers, or sent to an image service. Sample artwork depicts Nuzzleby and is not generated from your photo. Removing a photo or closing the tab discards its local preview.

Your character and gifts

Name and style choices stay in this tab unless you download your design brief. Gift-board items are temporary. Digital book purchases are processed by Stripe. Our server verifies your payment to provide the PDF download; keep your confirmation link private. Contact info@plushieplace.com for purchase help. Sample images depict Nuzzleby and are not transformations of your photo.

Payments and purchase records

Stripe processes checkout and receives the payment and contact details you enter, such as your email, billing information, and payment method. We use purchase information to confirm payment, provide your book download, answer support requests, and handle refunds. Full card details are handled by Stripe; our download server does not store them.

Download links and purchase emails

Your confirmation link contains a private purchase credential. Keep it private. Our server checks your purchase with Stripe each time you download. When automatic purchase emails are enabled, Resend receives your purchase email address and message contents, including the download link, to send a transactional email. This does not sign you up for marketing.

Storage and service providers

Vercel hosts this website and may process request information in its service logs. When purchase emails are enabled, Upstash stores a hashed purchase identifier and email-send status for 90 days to prevent repeated emails; it does not store your email address or download credential. Stripe, Resend and Vercel manage service records under their own retention settings. Support messages remain in our business mailbox as needed to resolve your request and retain records required by law.
